Contact messages
When you send a message through the contact form, we store the information you provide so we can read and respond to it. This may include your name, email address, the topic you selected, and the message itself.
Newsletter subscriptions
If you subscribe to the newsletter, we store your email address so we can send project updates. We do not sell or rent newsletter addresses. You may unsubscribe from future email at any time.
Health information
Please do not submit private medical records, emergency information, or sensitive personal health details through the website. The Red Heifer Project is an educational ministry and the contact form is not a clinical communication system.
Service providers
The website may use infrastructure and email providers to host the site, store form submissions, and deliver messages. Those providers process information only as needed to provide those services.
Questions or removal requests
If you want to ask how your information is being used, request removal of a contact submission, or unsubscribe from the newsletter, use the contact page.
This policy may be updated as the project's technical services change. The goal will remain the same: collect only what is useful, protect it reasonably, and be clear about why it is being used.
Payments
If you choose to support The Red Heifer Project financially, payment information is processed by Stripe through Stripe-hosted checkout. The Red Heifer Project website does not receive or store your full payment-card number.
